Cancellation Policy

1. Services Provided DABSoccer LLC provides personalized soccer coaching, skill development programs, competitive play opportunities, community events, and online coaching. Sessions focus on technical skills, tactical awareness, conditioning, and mindset. Branded apparel is available under the DAB Clothing label. 2. Payment Terms Payment is due in full at the time of booking via accepted online methods. Sessions are not confirmed without payment. All memberships (Locked-In, No Days Off, Ball Out) require a 3-month minimum commitment. No installment options are available. Clients will receive a digital receipt and must promptly resolve any failed payments. Prices may change at DABSoccer LLC’s discretion with advance notice. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Rescheduling is allowed with 24+ hours’ notice and subject to availability. Sessions cancelled by DABSoccer will be rescheduled or refunded. No-shows and frequent rescheduling may result in service restrictions. 4. Refund Policy Refunds are only issued if DABSoccer cancels and cannot reschedule. Clients canceling with 48+ hours' notice may request a refund or credit. No refunds for no-shows, missed sessions, or unused packages. Medical exceptions require documentation and are reviewed case-by-case. Requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days. 5. Assumption of Risk Clients understand soccer involves physical risk and voluntarily participate. They confirm they are fit to train and have disclosed all relevant health conditions. DABSoccer LLC is not liable for any injuries during training. 6. Waiver of Liability Clients waive all claims against DABSoccer LLC and its representatives for injuries, losses, or damages arising during participation, including negligence and travel-related incidents. 7. Code of Conduct Clients agree to be punctual, respectful, and follow all instructions. Disruptive behavior or interference by clients or parents may result in service termination without refund. 8. Parental Consent (Minors) Minors may only participate with written consent from a parent/guardian. The parent affirms understanding of all terms, confirms the minor’s physical fitness, and agrees to ensure the minor follows all conduct policies. Emergency contact information will be used if needed. 9. Health Disclosure Clients must disclose any medical conditions before training and update DABSoccer LLC of any changes. All health data
