Customized Items
All customized items (including but not limited to personalized shirts, sweaters, and shin guards) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error caused by us.
To be eligible for a return in such cases:
- The item must be unworn and unwashed.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Clear photographic evidence of the issue must be provided.
Non-Custom Items
We accept returns for non-customized items (e.g., cones, captain armbands, agility sticks) within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All tags and labels must be intact.
- A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- You must contact us before sending the item back.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We allow exchanges for non-custom items (e.g., for sizing issues), subject to product availability.

- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.
