DABSoccer Membership Policy Effective: May 1, 2025 Thank you for being part of DABSoccer Academy. This policy outlines what’s included with your membership, how billing works, and what’s expected of our players and families. 1. Membership Levels & Benefits Rookie Rise Early access to booking Exclusive discounts Messaging access & recognition Pro Pace Everything in Rookie Rise Tactical video session Member-only clinics & events Elite Elevate All benefits of Pro Pace Private 90-minute sessions Custom DAB training kit Progress tracking & skill reports 2. Billing & Commitments Memberships are billed monthly based on your selected plan. Your card is charged every 30 days unless you cancel. A 3-month minimum is required for all memberships. After 3 months, you can cancel anytime before your next billing date. We’ll send reminders before renewals. 3. Cancellation & Missed Payments You may cancel after the first 3 months through your account. No refunds for unused time once the month starts. Emergency cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Missed payments may pause your membership and sessions. 4. Your Information & Privacy We collect only what’s needed to deliver training safely: Contact info, emergency contact, billing details Medical or allergy info (optional for safety) All data is securely stored and never shared or sold. You can update or request deletion of your data anytime. 5. Additional Terms Training Kit: Distributed after your first full month. Make-Up Policy: One make-up per month with 24+ hours’ notice. Scheduling: Sessions must be booked in advance; spots are limited. Conduct: Players and families must show respect to coaches and teammates.
